BSA Troop 1154 B, Ashburn, VA

Troop 1154, based in Ashburn, Virginia, is a boy-led troop that emphasizes character development, citizenship training, leadership, and mental and physical fitness. Chartered by the George C. Marshall International Center in Leesburg, the troop has been serving the Ashburn community since December 2000.

Mission and Philosophy

The troop's mission aligns with the Boy Scouts of America's goal to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Troop 1154 offers a year-round, outdoor-oriented program that enables scouts to learn valuable life skills, advance in rank, and have fun while doing it.

Meetings and Activities

Troop meetings are held on Thursdays at Eagle Ridge Middle School from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. During the summer months, the troop meets at alternative locations such as parks and libraries. Regular attendance is encouraged to maximize the benefits of the program.
